Dr. Low Yi Ning

BDS (IMU)

Dr. Low Yi Ning graduated from International Medical University (IMU) in 2016, and her passion for dentistry led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Periodontology at the prestigious University of Hong Kong. With a deep commitment to gum health, she believes that a confident smile begins with a strong and healthy foundation.

Known for her gentle hands and calming presence, Dr. Low has a natural ability to connect with children, turning even the most anxious visits into positive and reassuring experiences.

She is fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin, and Cantonese, allowing her to communicate effortlessly with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Low is an enthusiastic wake surfer, and she will be proudly representing Malaysia in the upcoming SEA Games — showing the same dedication and discipline in sports as she does in her clinical work.

Dr. Matthew Scully

BDS (AIMST), MFDS RCS, PGDip Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry

Dr. Matthew Scully graduated from AIMST University in 2015 and later went on to obtain his MFDS qualification, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Aesthetics in 2020. With a special interest in periodontology and restorative dentistry, he enjoys creating healthy, confident smiles with a touch of precision and artistry.

Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin, Dr. Matthew easily connects with patients from all backgrounds.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Matthew is basically a certified dog-dad shopaholic — always buying completely unnecessary (but totally adorable) things for his dog. And when he’s not doing that, you’ll probably spot him on the pickleball court, pretending he’s training for the Olympics.

I had a great experience with the clinic. During my recent trip to KL, Dr Mathew stayed late after hours specially just to accommodate my schedule. What impressed me most was his gentle technique, this was my first cleaning without numbing cream and it was completely painless. He also took the time to explain modern gum care techniques and technology, showing genuine care for long-term oral health. The clinic is strategically located right across the link bridge from Furama Hotel, making it incredibly convenient for hotel guests. If you're traveling here and want top-tier, painless dental care, I cannot recommend him enough!

Honestly the best experience at a dentist, I got a full clean up and a wisdom teeth extraction and they are super supporting even giving me a final check visit! During the operations they explained steps by step what was going on and what they were doing and that made me feel very safe and confident, totally recommend!

First time coming here weeks ago to do tooth extraction for my son, and because of the very kind helpful staffs and Doctor I came back here for the second time to get my tooth done. For First timer I was really really scared. But again all staffs were very kind and the male Doctor (forgot to ask for his name) He is very professional and helpful keep asking me to calm down and even make jokes with me makes me feel really comfortable and calm. I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Mathew Scully for dental cleaning and teeth whitening while I was in Kuala Lumpur from San Diego, California two week ago. Dr. Scully did an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Scully and the team at We Smile Dental Clinic located at Lalaport Shopping Mall. The total cost for the dental cleaning and three laster whitening sessions was approximately USD $350, which was excellent value for the quality I received.

The staff was great, the doctor was very kind and gave excellent advice. The tooth extraction was incredibly smooth. There was no pain or swelling afterwards, and I was able to eat normally on the second day. I really liked it. (The price was also affordable.)

Starting from yesterday, my wisdom tooth got stuck in the gum and began to ache slightly—it was quite uncomfortable. I’m very grateful to Ms Dayah for arranging a Sunday appointment for me. She was efficient and very thoughtful. I would also like to thank Dr Freddie, a young and talented doctor. the entire wisdom tooth extraction process was almost completely painless and was done within just a few minutes. It truly exceeded my expectations! This is my first cleaning session after many years. I was introduced to signature spa scaling by Dr Matthew. The whole process was surprisingly very pleasant! Would definitely come again. Thanks Dr Matthew and WeSmile team.
