Dr. Low Yi Ning

BDS (IMU)

Dr. Low Yi Ning graduated from International Medical University (IMU) in 2016, and her passion for dentistry led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Periodontology at the prestigious University of Hong Kong. With a deep commitment to gum health, she believes that a confident smile begins with a strong and healthy foundation.

Known for her gentle hands and calming presence, Dr. Low has a natural ability to connect with children, turning even the most anxious visits into positive and reassuring experiences.

She is fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin, and Cantonese, allowing her to communicate effortlessly with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Low is an enthusiastic wake surfer, and she will be proudly representing Malaysia in the upcoming SEA Games — showing the same dedication and discipline in sports as she does in her clinical work.

Dr. Matthew Scully

BDS (AIMST), MFDS RCS, PGDip Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry

Dr. Matthew Scully graduated from AIMST University in 2015 and later went on to obtain his MFDS qualification, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Aesthetics in 2020. With a special interest in periodontology and restorative dentistry, he enjoys creating healthy, confident smiles with a touch of precision and artistry.

Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin, Dr. Matthew easily connects with patients from all backgrounds.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Matthew is basically a certified dog-dad shopaholic — always buying completely unnecessary (but totally adorable) things for his dog. And when he’s not doing that, you’ll probably spot him on the pickleball court, pretending he’s training for the Olympics.

I visited Dr. Scully and his assistant today (on a Sunday, which you would never get in the UK!) for a check-up, scaling, and polishing. The experience was absolutely fantastic. The quality of service was top-notch, and I’m extremely happy with the results.

Both Dr. Scully and his assistant were amazing—professional, gentle, and very friendly.

I will definitely come back again whenever I’m in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended if you’re visiting KL on holiday or even if you’re living here. Truly outstanding service!

The teeth cleaning experience was great! It was completely painless! And the doctors were very gentle, unlike other clinics 😭
